Share STB signal to two HDMI TV by using one set HDMI AV Sender

Article from: Share STB signal to two HDMI TV by using one set HDMI AV Sender

I bought one set PAKITE brand 300 meters HDMI av sender from a store, because I want to share tv signal room to room and without running any wires through wall. Now I have one television and one set-top box with HDMI jack in my living room, and another one television in the bedroom. As I had connected well and the transmitter and receiver worked well, I would like to share the installation for those people who still stuck in the installation trouble.

I had to say that the image quality of transmission from the PAKITE wireless hdmi video transmitter receiver is ok, not bad. (But I got some worried about it before I bought it.) I unwrapped the box, took out the hdmi transmitter and receiver, and cables. In front of the device with "Transmitter" label is Transmitter, with "Receiver" label is Receiver, there are two hdmi interface behind the transmitter: "HDMI IN" and "HDMI OUT". There is one hdmi interface behind the receiver: "HDMI OUT".

hdmi transmitter and receiver wirelessTransmitter connection:
"HDMI IN" connect the set-top box with hdmi cable, and "HDMI OUT" connect the television with hdmi cable, make the transmitter and set-top box in a line.

Receiver connection:

As receiver just has one hdmi jack, just connect the another television with hdmi cable.

The test result of mine

The PAKITE hdmi transmitter and receiver not just fits for set-top box, it can be a IPTV transmitterwhile using on the IPTV, it can be a blu ray transmitter while using  on the blu-ray player. And the transmitter and receiver's transmission range is ok, it's a good long distance av transmitter with hdmi jack. And this product is very Affordable for us customers!

Source: PAT-580 Wireless HDMI video transmitter/extender review

wireless video extender hdmi long distance 300 meters
Our company purchased 300 set PAKITE brand wireless hdmi video extender transmitters and receivers Model PAT-580 at the end of 2016 from Pakite company, we saw benefits from Pakite technology company's experience, low repair rate, service and the price. And it is the only one developer and manufacturer of this 300m hdmi extender. As we got a good sales and a low repair rate, we decided to give a good review to this new product. Because we got good reviews from our customers too.

Reviews from our customers

All of our customers' reviews are accept this hdmi extender output resolution is 720*576p(And we had told them about this before they bought), and as a matter of fact, the image quality is okay for room to room wireless transmission.
After customer bought this wireless hdmi video transmitter receiver and used it on their hdmi device, most of general problem they met is how to connect the transmitter and receiver and how to place them. This is not a problem for us, and we gave them help, the problem is resolved quickly. Some customers can correct connected and placed them well by watching the installation video on youtube.

Review of their using device: the signal source device which they used is, blu-ray player, DVD player, set-top box(cable box), satellite, IPTV box, and the hdmi video extender can work well. But there is one customer said his blu-ray player can't work with this hdmi extender, the reason came out, his blu-ray's version is too old to work well with this extender. We suggested him to change a new blu-ray player.

And recently, our company purchased 500 set PAKITE brand hdmi extender from Pakite company again.

Article from: 300m HDMI signal AV Wireless Transmitter and Receiver

300m HDMI signal AV Wireless Transmitter and Receiver

Model: PAT-580
Type: Wireless
Interface: HDMI
System: PAL / NTSC
Frequency Band: 5.8GHz
IR Remote Control: 38KHz
Transmission Distance: ≤300 Meter

Pros:
Watch your favourite movie in your bedroom, cheer for your favourite football team in the garden or play your kids videos in their room while you’re having dinner with your friends downstairs.

So, if you don't want to run ugly cables across your floor, or can't run them through your walls, wireless can be great. Long distance 300 Meters HDMI wireless transmission distance( line of sight); 5.8GHz frequency band transmit HDMI audio video signal with stable picture and sound; IR Remote support you control the program and volume at TV end, even if the DVD Player and TV was set in different rooms; wireless av sender also support one transmitter and many receivers, such as you have one set DVD player place at living rooms and may TV was placed at different rooms(eg. Living room/bad room/kitchen room), you are no need to move DVD player also enjoy wonderful video, just connect the receiver with TV, everything was done.

Cons:
The transmission distance is line of sight, if between the transmitter and receivers exist walls, then the transmission distance would be down to 10 meters; with the time development, resolution up to 4K or higher, but for wireless av sender(also known as video sender, wireless av transceiver, or wireless video extender), it still stop at Max 1080P, most of wireless av sender only 480P as stand definition, the unit price of 1080P wireless av sender is very expensive, only a little user would pay for it.

Bottom line:

Transmitting a HDMI Signal Without Wires

wireless hdmi transmitter receiver, transmitting hdmi signal without wires
HDMI, or ‘High-Definition Multimedia Interface’, is the latest standard in audio and video connectivity. HDMI ports are found on HDTVs, Blu-ray players, computers, smart phones, tablet PCs, video game consoles, and camcorders. This interface transfers very high quality digital, multi-channel audio and video signals. HDMI connections can do this because they do not suffer the electromagnetic interference that interrupt analogue signals. Devices can be connected using HDMI cables or signals can be transmitted using wireless transmitters.
When setting up a wireless HDMI transmitter in the home, the buyer first needs to consider whether a wireless setup will meet their entertainment needs. One should examine the features and benefits of connecting devices by transmitting HDMI signals without wires, as well as the limitations of such a setup. It is also important that the buyer take the necessary measures to secure their wireless network. eBay has hundreds of current listings for wireless HDMI transmitters and adapters, as well as a variety of home entertainment devices, both new and used.

What Is HDMI?

High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) is a means of transmitting digital data. Typically HDMI requires a cable to connect a transmitter to the television or computer, facilitating the flow of data from one device to the other. HDMI conditions and compliance are enforced by HDMI Licensing, LLC, an organisation that represents the seven companies who together created and defined HDMI. Since its creation, HDMI has demonstrated several advantages over other types of connections. For instance, a single HDMI cable can conduct high resolution (1080p) video signals as well as audio signals. If HDTVs need to be connected to set-top boxes or Blu-ray players, HDMI cables are required or a wireless connection needs to be established.
HDMI has been designed to be compatible with older technologies. This is referred to as backwards compatibility. For instance, a Blu-ray player with 1080p, built to newer specifications can work with a 1080i television built to older specifications. Wireless HDMI is an alternate means for connecting devices and has been around since 2007.

Types of Wireless Networks

Over the last decade, wireless networks have started appearing in offices, cafes, parks, shopping centres, and homes. There are different types of wireless networks. They include WLANs, WPANs, WMANs, and WWANs.

Type of Network

Features

Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN)
Set up at home or the office; enables a shared Internet connection accessed by multiple devices.
Wireless Personal Area Network (WPAN)
Much smaller than a WLAN; used when connecting a Bluetooth-enabled mobile phone to an earpiece, or a wireless mouse to a laptop
Wireless Metropolitan Area Network (WMAN)
Linking of multiple WLANs
Wireless Wide Area Network (WWAN)
Single wireless network extending over large outdoor areas; used to provide Wi-Fi Internet access in public areas
These networks are categorised according to their size, the number of devices accessing the network, and the area that they cover. For a home wireless HDMI setup, WiHD or WHDI connections are used to connect two or more devices to the wireless home HDMI network.

Wireless HDMI Networks

Recent advances in domestic wireless network technology means that wireless HDMI setups are becoming increasingly popular. However, this new technology is not without its limitations and the buyer should be aware of these limitations. For instance, there can be ‘dead spots’ where the wireless signal just cannot reach, low latency, and the signal can sometimes cause problems with other Wi-Fi devices. There is also the higher cost of setup to consider.

The Advantages of Wireless HDMI

There are, however, some distinct advantages to transmitting HDMI signals without wires. With a wireless HDMI setup, the need to drill into walls and floors is eliminated. There is no longer the need to tuck wires into difficult locations. Wireless HDMI can be utilised for wall mounted TVs, where the user is trying to avoid the unpleasant sight of tangled cords spilling from the back of the television onto the floor. However, even a ‘wireless’ HDMI system still has few wires. This is because speakers, TVs and other devices linked by wireless HDMI still need to draw power from wall outlets.
The benefit of wireless HDMI home theatre setups is that multiple devices, including DVD or Blu-ray players,, computers, and HDTVs can communicate with each other by way of HDMI signals. Because the HDMI signal is broadcast in the 3 to 5 GHz range, the signal should not interfere with other Wi-Fi devices. In addition, wireless HDMI transmitters can broadcast radio signals as well. This removes any line of sight issues that often plague infrared transmissions.
Currently, the maximum signal range of wireless HDMI transmitters varies, but it can extend up to 30 m. Certain transmitters will only work with TVs and devices made by the same manufacturer. Although they may be the same brand, one should expect the occasional slowdown, whereby a frame on the TV screen only comes up as partially rendered. New wireless transmitters are generally quite costly, making the purchase of a used transmitter from a reputable source a very good idea. eBay has a large selection of HDMI transmitters.

Types of Wireless HDMI Networks

There are two types of wireless HDMI networks available for the home: Wireless HD (WiHD) and Wireless Home Digital Interface (WHDI). Both types of wireless systems requires a signal from the HD transmitter be transmitted to a receiver attached to the TV’s HDMI outlet. Both devices have a range of about 9 m in an empty room with nothing blocking the signal, but with furniture or other objects between the transmitter and receiver the transmission range is often less than that. WHDI can transmit through walls, allowing a user to connect multiple devices in multiple rooms.
To bypass the receiver and hook up multiple devices to a wireless HDMI transmitter there are specific brands of transmitters that can be tasked for this. However, they utilise WiHD, and this HDMI signal does not pass through walls. Therefore such a wireless setup needs to be kept in the same room as all the devices that need to access the network. The upside of this scenario is that these transmitters do support 3D content, if the buyer has a 3D compatible TV.
WiHD operates in a very high frequency band and is therefore able to transmit compressed as well as uncompressed signals. At this high frequency there is much more bandwidth available. Theoretically, WiHD has the capability to run at 25 Gbps which makes it powerful enough to handle high-definition content. This technology requires the transmitter be able to ‘see’ the receiver connected to the TV and this is an issue that the manufacturers are working to resolve.
Moving the wireless HDMI components away from the TV could result in the regular remote control not being able to reach them as well, so it is a good idea to check the connection and perhaps buy a remote control extender to relay the signal.

Did you have HDMI Wireless AV Sender?

tv to tv wireless hdmi video transmitter
Here I'd like to make a statement to all of clients who has the below confuse: Now HDMI already become the major market, why your company didn't produce HDMI AV Sender to expand the market ?
For technique : HDMI Wireless AV Sender(what is it) it can be true, but the transmission range will be very short(10 M-50 M without any hold back), and the penetrate ability will weak then SD Wireless AV Sender, it's not worth to make deeply research.
For Clients :  HDMI Wireless AV Sender will be higher cost than SD Wireless AV Sender, SD Wireless AV Sender(what is it?) unit Price approximately $30-$60 in the located market, but HDMI Wireless AV Sender EXW Price based on MOQ 1000 sets will be $150 -$190, so it's too expensive for normal clients.
Form Seller:$150 per sets as  prime cost is too high, that will make HDMI Wireless AV Sender market become small, it will no profit for the seller. Besides, at the first , all the buyer is hard to accept the high cost than SD Wireless AV Sender.
That's why we didn't produce HDMI Wireless AV Sender. But in my personal opinion, HDMI Wireless AV Sender is no need, may be transmitter one cable will much cheap than by wireless, and HDMI no practical effect for normal family, usually  SD Wireless AV Sender can meet they daily life needed, so they would like to give up HDMI option.
But, as clients's request in HK Fair , we will produce the first batch of HDMI Video Sender to test the market feedback on March 2016, If you are interesting, pls contact me, when Wireless HDMI Transmitter on sale, I will contact you in the first time.

PAT-556, Send Your TV Signal Wirelessly to Another Room

With wireless being the norm for so many of our electronic devices today, it’s pretty surprising to me that the standard way to connect a cable box to your TV is still with physical cables. And the surprise turns into annoyance when I want to put a TV in a room where I don’t have a cable outlet.
I had this situation when I bought my current house. I wanted to put a TV in my living room but there was no outlet there and neither option for putting one in—running the wires along the ceiling and floorboards inside the house or running them over the roof on the outside—was desirable.
Fortunately, after doing some research, I found the Pakite 8-Channel audio video Wireless TV Sender (contain a Transmitter and a Receiver) System with 2 groups of AV Input (Model PAT-556), which sends the cable signal wirelessly from the cable box in my bedroom to my living room TV.
Send Your TV Signal Wirelessly to Another Room
The value of the second input is that you can use these same devices to transmit signals wirelessly from other types of audio and video equipment as well, e.g. DVD/Blu-ray players, streaming media devices, music systems, gaming consoles, etc. I have my transmitter set up with the cable box as one input and a Roku streaming player as the other. These systems can also be useful even if you have them in the same room as your TV, but connecting devices with a cable isn’t ideal, e.g. if the TV is mounted on the wall.
One of the questions that comes up a lot with these types of systems is how do you control A/V devices from another room (e.g. change the channel on your cable box)? That’s where the IR extender comes in.
The IR extender is a thin cable that plugs into the av transmitter and has one or more small blocks on it. You position the block close to and in front of the device’s infrared light (hence “IR”). Then when you point the device’s own remote at the receiver unit, which is connected to the IR extender, you can operate the device just as if you were pointing the remote at it directly.

So all that to say that I’m extremely happy with—the picture and sound quality is excellent, there’s really no way to know if it’s going to work with your own setup until you try it out yourself.

Good news: PAKITE wireless HDMI transmitter and receiver with hdmi jack is coming soon, and the wireless video transmitter hdmi is used for the TV device with hdmi port. Waiting for your inquiry about the wireless hdmi transmitter and receiver.
