HDMI Wireless
Author: pakite

HDMI (Full name: High Definition Multimedia Interface), HDMI is type of Digital Audio/Video Connection Jack, it’s for transmission digital AV Signal , HDMI could transmission audio and video at the same times, The maximum data transmission speed is 5Gbps. And it’s no need to convert Digital to Analog or Analog to Digital signal before transmission. HDMI also support HDCP(High -bandwidth Digital Content Protection) to prevent unauthorized copying of copyrighted audio and video content. The extra space available in HDMI can be used in future audio and video formats. And because a 1080p video and an 8-channel audio signal needs less than 4Gbps, so there is a lot of storage . This allows it to connect the DVD player, receiver and PRR with a single cable.

HDMI advantages

HDMI not only meet the resolution of 1080P, but also supports DVD Audio and other digital audio formats, support for eight-channel 96kHz or 192kHz stereo digital audio transmission. HDMI support EDID, DDC2B, so HDMI devices support "plug and play", between the source and the display will automatically "negotiate", automatically select the most appropriate video / audio formats. Compared with DVI , HDMI interface with smaller size, DVI cable length can not exceed 8 meters, otherwise it will affect the picture quality, and HDMI can be transmitted up to 15 meters. As long as an HDMI cable, you can replace up to 13 analog transmission lines, can effectively solve the home entertainment system behind the connection tangled problem.

HDMI development

HDMI Licensing, LLC released HDMI Specification Version 1.4a on March 4, 2010, featuring key enhancements to 3D applications on behalf of HDMI Original Developers,  the inclusion of mandatory 3D formats for broadcast content, and the  Top-and -Bottom's 3D format. As the "HDMI 1.4" no clear boundaries , can not display the specific support of the device technology, so in this specification completely ban the use of "HDMI version 1.4" of this version number identification method. According to the new version of the "Trademarks and Logo Usage Guidelines", HDMI cable manufacturers prohibit the use of version numbers when selling and promoting HDMI version 1.4 cables. Older cables should be removed within one year from all versions identified by the version number Labels, instructions, packaging and so on.

Here I'd like to make a statement to all of clients who has the below confuse: Now HDMI already become the major market, why your company didn't produce HDMI AV Sender to expand the market ?
For technique : HDMI Wireless AV Sender(what is it) it can be true, but the transmission range will be very short(10 M-50 M without any hold back), and the penetrate ability will weak then SD Wireless AV Sender, it's not worth to make deeply research.
For Clients :  HDMI Wireless AV Sender will be higher cost than SD Wireless AV Sender, SD Wireless AV Sender(what is it?) unit Price approximately $30-$60 in the located market, but HDMI Wireless AV Sender EXW Price based on MOQ 1000 sets will be $150 -$190, so it's too expensive for normal clients.
Form Seller:$150 per sets as  prime cost is too high, that will make HDMI Wireless AV Sender market become small, it will no profit for the seller. Besides, at the first , all the buyer is hard to accept the high cost than SD Wireless AV Sender.
That's why we didn't produce HDMI Wireless AV Sender. But in my personal opinion, HDMI Wireless AV Sender is no need, may be transmitter one cable will much cheap than by wireless, and HDMI no practical effect for normal family, usually  SD Wireless AV Sender can meet they daily life needed, so they would like to give up HDMI option.
But, as clients's request in HK Fair , we will produce the first batch of HDMI Video Sender to test the market feedback on March 2016, If you are interesting, pls contact me, when Wireless HDMI Transmitter on sale, I will contact you in the first time.

Wireless HDMI transmitters:
Many solutions require both a wireless HDMI transmitter and receiver.
A HDMI wireless transmitter is a device that is plugged into the source device, i.e., your computer. The transmitter records the computer screen and sends it to a receiver through some kind of wireless connection.
Pros: It uses its own wireless frequency and therefore often a good and stable streaming quality.
Cons: You need to plug an USB or HDMI stick into your computer. This rules out mobile or tablet use straightaway. And if you don’t have a compatible HDMI port on your computer, you will need an adapter and converter, as is the case with a regular HDMI cable.

Why use wireless HDMI?
Well, who would use wires if you can make it wireless?

Wireless HDMI is necessary when a wired connection would be too clunky or inconvenient. It’s certainly better than having to install cables underneath the floor or in the walls of an office or creating DIY solutions that involve zip ties and duct tape to run the cables along the floor.

High Resolution 1080P Wireless Video Sender

High Resolution 1080P Wireless AV Sender

Most of people knows what is wireless av sender, but as the same times, more and more people inquiry about Full HD HDMI Wireless Transmitter and Receiver.

PAKITE is factory, over 7 years production experience, but right now, we do not have stock of full hd wireless av sender. Most of clients request :” HDMI has become major market, SD resolution is out date, you should produce wireless HDMI transmitter and receiver, so we can purchase from your company.” Yes, 1080P wireless av sender did exist at market, but if you really familiar with wireless av sender, you should know full hd is no market since the high cost. We can find 1080P product at market, but if you ever get inquiry from seller, you will find MOQ:1000sets at least.

If you have such qty for per month, of course we will produce for you, we have our produce line and R&D team and QC department, everything is ready. if the qty less than 1000sets, factory would not get any profile from it, None of business man will do like this. Unless you pay the factory with a attractive unit price, but at the same times the qty also is needed.

According to preliminary estimates, if real full hd wireless av sender, transmission range 50 meter at open space unit price would not less than EXW 150usd per sets . Including the freight , cost and profit at least 250usd per sets purchase by end user. May I ask any one would buy this device with short transmission range and expensive unit price?

Besides, if your set top box do not provide full hd resolution signal ,  then you will not get the full hd resolution at monitor; or if monitor resolution is not the real full hd, you can not get full hd resolution, you have to promise all of your device including signal source is full hd, then you can get the full hd screen.

PAKITE will produce one model of wireless HDMI transmitter and receiver with HDMI Jack, if you are interesting, welcome you contact with us by mail: pawm611@pakite.net, or leave message at www.pakite.net, details about the new model will update in the following days, thank for your attention.
