Meeting video sender

What is a video sender?

Video senders (also known as AV senders) allow you to send TV signals around your home without wires. They use radio waves to send the signals, and you need a transmitter and a receiver.
wireless tv sender receiver with IR Remote control
They can transmit over fairly short distances, through walls, although if you’re trying to transmit through several walls, or over a long distance, they can be less effective.

How do they work?

Connect the output of a set-top box, DVD player or other video source into a transmitter(AV Cable) . Then connect the receiver to your second TV (AV Cable). Signals are sent over the air.

Where do I get a video sender?

For a wide range of wireless senders, check out PAKITE Wireless AV Sender
I’m getting interference. What can I do?
Most models of Video Sender allow you to change channels, so’s not to cause interference. Try changing the channel both at the transmitter and receiver end, and trying again.

Some skills about wireless av sender

PAKITE wireless tv av sender receiver
Who made the Wireless av sender(what is it)?
PAKITE is manufacture of wireless av sender,Located in shenzhen China, Over 8 years av sender produce experience, all of PAT series is our own design patent, 2.4/5.8GHz CE FCC Certificate and RoHS had passed.

Wireless av sender is for what?
Wireless av sender is for sharing digital single from one device to another device by wireless sharing, This technology no need to connect wifi, the wireless just send and receiver between transmitter and receiver.

How to use wireless av sender?
Just connect the transmitter part with the digital source, then connect receiver part with the tv or any other device for show the video, onece power on, it will be started work, easy to use and install.

How to choose the best one?
All the wireless device is according the use environment to choose the best suitable, but not the best one.since the 2.4GHz frequency band support strong penetrated ability, and 5.8GHz frequency band is support strong anti-interference, If use in the different floor or so many walls between transmitter and receiver,we will suggest PAT-360,PAT-260 or PAT-266 for you, if use in the same room or between room, any items is ok.

What the best advantage of AV Sender?
Example: the user have one set top box but not only one tv, and many tv in the different rooms and different floor.

In this case,Typical: you have to buy many set top box and fix up cables from one room to another room, from first floor to another floor.
Now you have our product: whatever how many tv with one set top box is ok, one set top box connect one transmitter and each tv connect each receiver, no need to fix up any cable between different rooms and different floor.

Full HD Wireless AV Sender

Now, more and more user are looking for Full HD wireless av sender(what is wireless av sender?) since more and more device with HDMI Jack and higher resolution.

Where I can buy Full HD wireless av sender?
Right now, you can see only a few Full HD resolution wireless hdmi av sender, so many clients are confused:” HDMI jack become more popular and many device support higher resolution, why most of wireless av senders producer only produce 480P RCA jack av sender?” as for producer, we can tell you: most of wireless can provide Full HD resolution wireless av sender, but we didn’t produce it, if you would like to buy, pls contact and feedback to brand dealer at your local.

How can I get 1sets Full HD Wireless av sender?
The brand seller own a larger number of user, they could put forward the 1080P av sender that’s because they would import larger quantity order from China producer, like 1000sets in once time. Then the next order will lasting a very long period, But for factory it’s no profit if not lasting and larger sale volume, so we set 1000sets as MOQ for buyer, or factory would not produce it. That’s why you can not get 1sets 1080P av sender from China factory.

Full HD AV Sender unit price is very expensive, The original reason is because the high technology make the cost very high; only a little of clients would bear this cost, then the sales volume will be limit, that’s another fact make the cost increase. But, if you need an av sender to transmit HDMI signal with 720x576p output resolution, little better than universal SD 480p output resolution, PAKITE brand HDMI av sender must be your best helper, and it's transmission range is 300 meter while no any holdback.

Can I use two sets av sender in my home? | PAKITE

Can I use two sets wireless tv sender in my home?
You can use two sets wireless av sender in your home

Wireless TV Sender(also known as wireless av sender, Digisender, wireless video sender) is a device that will let you remotely have TV in your bedroom without running a cable, and it's very easy to use and install, but the shortcoming is can not support watch difference channels.

At that time, user come out a solution: I can use two satellite receiver for two sets television, so does the wireless tv sender can support like that? The answer is “ definitely yes.” If any one can do like that, one house need two sets wireless tv sender, I will suggest you use two difference series wireless tv sender.

If such circumstances:

First, as you know, wireless device is easy to get interference from other wireless device, the same theory with wireless tv sender, so we would suggest you place the two set wireless tv sender as far as possible, like one unit place at first floor and second sets place at second floor.

Second, the first av sender at the first floor ...

The difference between Smart series and Wireless series tv sender | PAKITE

The difference between Smart series and Wireless series tv sender
Right now, PAKITE had develop three series wireless tv sender (also known as wireless av sender, Digisender, or wireless video transmitter), so let’s check two series difference between Smart series and Wireless series av sender.
The difference between Smart series and Wireless series tv sender

Smart series av sender, let’s take a example av sender model PAT-226, PAT-226 is 2.4Ghz frequency band, support 150 meter transmission range at line of sight, support both digital and analog signal transmission, support 38/56khz infrared remote control, PAT-226 support two group av input.

Wireless series av sender, let’s take example av sender model PAT-330, PAT-330 is 2.4Ghz frequency band, support 150 meter transmission range at line of sight, support both digital and analog signal transmission, but do not support ir remote control.PAT-330 only support one group av input.

PAT-226 support ir remote control, so the unit price will be much higher than PAT-330, it doesn’t means PAT-226 quality is much better, both quality is good. But as for the function PAT-330 without ir remote control is more favorable for cctv camera user, PAT-226 support ir remote control is much convenient for tv user change channels.

Besides, if av sender PAT-330 connect with cctv camera, you may need one pcs BNC to AV converter, so you can connect the transmitter with cctv camera. As for av sender PAT-226, please noticed both transmitter and receiver should be connect with AV Jack also.

Details about AV Sender should be concerned | PAKITE

Recently, we received many feedback from end user about wireless av sender(also known as wireless video sender, Digisender, wireless av transmitter and receiver, and so on), but I found that over 99.99% clients ask for help is because the product can not work.

Some of message like this: my tv or satellite receiver do not have AV Jack, only HDMI & USB or TV jack, so what should I do? Could you give me best solution?
For this condition, I have to say if no AV jack, it definitely can not work, and no good solutions. So before ordered, we have to double check both satellite receiver and television.

wireless av sender, send tv signal to another tv, multi room tv transmitter
in the pic: PAKITE wireless tv signal transmitter, multi room tvs connect one set top box by wirelessly

Some of message like this: I had order PAT-220, but now I need connect second tv at the second floor, could you give me your suggestion?
For this condition, You may need to order model PAT-260 if you need connect with two set television at difference floor. PAT-220 can not workable at difference floor normally. Besides, PAT-260 receiver is workable with PAT-220 transmitter, but the transmission distance should be depend on the short one, please noticed.

One clients leave message: after connect with wireless av sender, he got black and white picture, if you meet that condition, please pay attention:
a.  PAKITE brand wireless av sender is suitable for monitor size not over 42 inch.
b. The system of TV should be PAL or NTSC.
c. Make sure the receiver were placed within transmission range.
d. Set Top Box output weak signal, but this condition is not common.

Finally, please noticed, 2.4GHz frequency band transmitter is not workable with 5.8GHzfrequency band receiver.

My family use it, and it's very good wireless transmit device

we use the PAKITE brand wireless av sender

Ever, I had to buy more set-top box (STB) if I want to watch TV in different rooms, but it'll not only take me so much, but also add more cables if I do this, and I had no idea that time. A friend told me, a wireless av sender(also known as video sender, Digisender, wireless tv sender, wireless audio video sender) can help me resolved the problem. And he told me the wireless av sender is not only fit for set-top box, it fits for any device with RCA or AV device, such as DVD player, TV, IPTV, satellite receiver, DVR, CCTV Camera, and so on.

And if my device has HDMI port, PAKITE brand wireless HDMI transmitter and receiver will be very fitable, as it's transmission range is 300 meters, and 5.8GHz Frequency Band, output resolution is 720*576P, and the video is more clear than av sender.
HDMI TV sender, HDMI STB sender, DVD player with HDMI port

wow, it's very nice! I'm not just need av sender for STB, I need cctv camera transmitter and receiver, DVD player av sender. I bought them with PAKITE brand, and I found the device's quality is very good! I also need PAKITE hdmi av sender, it is said that the PAKITE brand hdmi video sender is coming soon, so I can buy it soon.

Which AV Sender is right for you?

With the time goes by, more and more av sender brands appear in the market, how can I distinguish which model is fight for me?

First, you will need to make is whether you want a Standard Definition or High Definition (HD) AV Sender. This choice may already be made for you based on the equipment you have. Take example by PAKITE Brand, most of wireless av sender belongs to PAKITE is Standard Definition with AV Jack, as if your device only HDMI jack, then PAKITE Brand wireless av sender is not workable. As I know High Definition (HD) hdmi wirelss transmitter will be on sale at next month.

Second, you have to make sure the transmission range, if you will use STB and Monitor at different floor, then I will suggest you choose the av sender with long transmission range like PAT-260 av sender and PAT-266 av sender, if you will use in the same floor but existing many walls between STB(set-top box) and Monitor, then you have to pay attention 150 meter transmission range sender support passed one wall, and 250meter transmission range sender support passed two wall, may be better penetration ability, it’s up to using environment.

Third, you have to make sure the using environment, if you will use the wireless av sender with other wireless device within one house, I will suggest you choose 5.8GHz frequency band senders, 5.8GHz frequency band can avoid interference effectively, it’s because most of wireless device is 2.4GHz, so 5.8GHz frequency band would not getting influence by 2.4GHz. If you will use wireless av sender at different floor, then you have to use 2.4ghz frequency band, in this situation, you can switch channels to change the frequency into a little difference with other device to avoid interference .

If you don't know whether you have standard-definition or high-definition equipment then simply look at the back of your equipment and determine what type of output connections are available.

Good news: PAKITE hdmi wireless transmitter with hdmi jack (hdmi av sender) is coming soon, and the hdmi av sender is used for the TV, cable box(STB), DVD and other device with hdmi port. Waiting for your inquiry about the hdmi wireless transmitter.

Reviews of PAT-556 Wireless AV Transmitter Receiver

Reviews of PAT-556 Wireless AV Transmitter Receiver

The “PAKITE PAT-556 5.8GHz Digital Wireless AV Transmitter Receiver with IR Extender” is a simple and effective way of watching programs from a satellite receiver, set top box or other in one room and a TV set in a different room.
This is achieved wireless without all the hassle of running additional cabling around the house and with the right conditions can work up to 300 meters range. A lot of home equipment, from routers to Bluetooth devices, use the 2.4GHz frequency band but this system uses the 5.8GHz ISM frequency band which is less prone to interference from other equipment and also offers better transmission quality – a bit like a dual band router does.
It has a number of different selectable channels within the band so you may just need to find the one that works best in your location – a simple procedure.

This av sender is easy to setup. The back panels on the transmitter and receiver are clearly labeled, which makes setup easy. You simply connect the transmitter unit to the set top box and the receiver unit to the TV or monitor, you will be viewing on using the supplied cables. The Transmitter unit in effect becomes a mini TV transmitter and the Receiver unit becomes a TV tuner and works exactly the same way as your local TV transmitter in miniature.
One nice feature with the device was the IR extender, which allowed me to operate my satellite receiver from another room. The way it works is cool. You plug the IR extender into the transmitter and then put the extender in front of the transmitting device's IR sensor. This is a convenient feature because it makes sense to want to operate the device you are transmitting while watching it.

The PAT-556 was supplied for evaluation and review purposes and I can offer an unbiased recommendation as a well made and effective video sender/receiver system.

Good news: PAKITE hdmi wireless transmitter with hdmi jack is coming soon, and the wireless tv transmitter hdmi is used for the TV device with hdmi port. Waiting for your inquiry about the hdmi wireless transmitter.

Output power of an analog wireless TV sender

Output power of an analog wireless TV sender

The output power of a wireless TV sender( or wireless av sender ) is the electric power applied to antenna system. There are two definitions: nominal (or peak) and thermal. Analogue television systems put about 70% to 90% of the transmitters power into the sync pulses. The remainder of the av transmitter's power goes into transmitting the video's higher frequencies and the FM audio carrier. Digital television modulation systems are about 30% more efficient than analogue modulation systems overall.

Analogue vs digital
Analogue

The large amount of energy that Sync Pulses use is largely independent of the measurement system and efficiency of the analogue wireless TV sender (as most analogue transmitters have on average 75% efficiency).
The transmission of FM audio (including Stereo subcarriers) is only overall the 3rd largest consumer of wireless TV sender power.
Power consumption (most to least) : Sync Pulses, High Frequency Video, FM Audio, Vestigial AM

Digital

DVB like transmission systems, with their groups of mathematically related carriers are not quite as energy efficient as 8VSB systems
8VSB transmission systems only provide a limited "Forced DC" signal (that consumes about 7% of the transmitters energy) that under multipath conditions can be lost causing a signal lock loss event

Power defined in terms of voltage
The average power for a sinusoidal drive is

For a system where the voltage and the current are in phase, the output power can be given as

In this equation "R" is the resistance and "e(t)"  is the output voltage

Nominal power of a wireless TV sender
Nominal power of a wireless TV sender is given as the power during the sync interval. (For the sake of simplicity aural power is omitted) Since, the voltage during the sync interval is a fixed value,

where "E" is the rms value of the output voltage.

To measure the nominal output power, measuring devices with time constants much greater than the line time are used. So the measuring equipment's measure only the highest level (sync pulse) of a line waveform which is 100%.

This power level is the commercial power of the transmitter.

Thermal power
In analogue TV broadcasting, the video signal modulates a carrier by a kind of amplitude modulation (VSB modulation or C3F). The modulation polarity is negative. That means that the higher the level of the video signal the lower the power of the RF signal.

The lowest possible modulating signal during the synchrone interval yields 100% of the carrier. (The nominal power of the transmitter.) The blanking level (300 mV) yields 73% (in an ideally linear transmitter). Usually the figure 75% is found to be acceptable. The highest modulating signal at white (1000 mV) yields only 10% of the carrier. (so called residual carrier). Sometimes 12.5% is used as the residual carrier so the output power applied to the antenna system is considerably lower than the nominal power.

The thermal power which can be measured by a microwave power meter depends on the program content as well as the residual carrier and sync depths.

Ratio of thermal power to nominal power
Since the program content is variable, the thermal power varies during the transmission. However, for testing purposes a standard line waveform can be applied to the transmitter.

Usually line waveforms corresponding to 350 mV or 300 mV black image (and without field sync) are applied to the input of the transmitter.

For System B, the duration of the black level 300 mV (together with the front and back porches), is 59.3 μs and it corresponds to 73% of maximum voltage level. The duration of the sync pulse is 4.7 μs. The total duration of the line is 64 μs.

So the maximum thermal power applied to the antenna system is 57% of the nominal power, even in the black scene. In normal program content this ratio may be around 25% or less.

Wireless A/V Transmitter and Receiver for CCTV Camera

Wireless PAT-380 A/V Sender for CCTV Camera

PAT-380 CCTV camera transmitter

Nowadays, camera has become more and more popular for security, at the same times, more and more cable was around the house, How to fix it? Some of people may be use IP Camera, some may use wireless transmitter/receiver.

IP Camera may easy to use and connect, just connect the camera with network then the user can watch the camera video at mobile phone or PC end by APP. Some area may be only 2G for mobile phone and PC is very rare, if in this condition both camera and monitor need to connect with network is not available, then their have to use cctv camera.

But each cctv camera has one cable at least and has to connect with monitor, so it may be a little difficulty to passed the wall or floor, so that’s why some of clients need wireless av transmitter and receiver. PAKITE Wireless av transceiver PAT-380 is designed for cctv camera.

PAT-380 wireless av sender is 2.4ghz frequency band, support 700 meter transmission range, but PAT-380 has two antenna box, as you know antenna box transmission is by point to point, so user have to make sure two of antenna box is face to face, so it can transmit audio video successful. The antenna box of PAT-380 av sender is waterproof, so it can be install at outside.

And now we are design another cctv camera wireless transmitter and receiver, new one with small size and also waterproof, if you are interesting, welcome to contact with PAKITE.
